Clearing of the Chimera group continues. The Light forces have made important breakthroughs lately and will be able to remove all plasma strangelet bombs very soon. What will be remaining are plasma toplet bombs, but the Light forces expect the mechanism for their removal to be similar to one for removal of the strangelet bombs and are hoping soon to deal with the strangelet/toplet problem once and for all.

Because of this significant progress on plasma plane, the energies on etheric and lower astral planes are improving quite much and some fairies and angels are already returning to the surface of the planet to remote spots in nature, far away from humans. These subtle beings do not like harsh energy of most humans, but they welcome loving contact and you are invited to go into nature and seek the loving connection with their energy.

The dark were quite bold in their actions lately and therefore the Resistance took some action on the physical plane.

First, they have put intel packages about Disclosure, secret space programs and criminal evidence against the Cabal into the computers of some major newspaper agencies around the world and into the computers of some selected private individuals worldwide. If the Cabal crosses a certain line, these intel packages will be remotely activated by the Resistance and will simultaneously appear as pop-ups on countless computer screens worldwide. This action is also to insure against any attempt to twist or suppress the Disclosure process. ONLY full and complete 100% disclosure will be allowed, and limited disclosure is NOT an option.

Second, certain armed Resistance agents are now on the surface and will interfere in many cases when innocent civilians are attacked, preventing violence and abuse.

Third, Resistance agents are infiltrated into the security personnel of the major Cabal players, all US presidential candidates and many key politicians worldwide that can influence the planetary situation.

Here I would like to say that there is a lot of activity of the Light forces on the Moon recently, especially on the Earth facing side. I have been informed of an SSP Alliance Council Meeting as well as first encounter meeting with a newly formed Ancient Break Away Council on 9/03.

I have fallen so far behind on reporting on other details that nearly a book a data download is now required before this meeting.

I am not going to make any more promises of reports to come that I circumstances get in the way of.
I will however attempt to get the details of recent briefings posted before this new round of meetings. 

I am wondering why I am being pulled into these when Gonzales has been taking point on these types of meetings recently. He has not been in contact with me as much recently after our last round of briefings and the contentious meetings with the SSP Alliance Council where they made sure I knew exactly what they thought of me and me being forced down their throats and then a followup meeting where they made amends.

We have a strained relationship at this point but are required to work together right now. Quite a lot has had to play out with the Earth Alliance and the deals they have been striking with the Secret Earth Governments/Syndicates as well as their Non-Terrestrial allies.

These are all things I have touched on lightly but have not fully reported on as promised. I apologize I have not gotten that data out to date. 

I had hoped for some more recovery time after my surgery before anything like this occurred but have actually been shocked that I have been left alone as much as I have. I think this was done after the threats and invasions of and against my family in recent months. Now is not a time to be deceived or controlled by prior belief systems. We need to keep our reality bubbles permeable yet strong while using our discernment with all information coming down the pipe including data delivered from my own.

Physical immortality is reached through a certain conversion process, which is done by the right combination of three factors:

This is a very short newsletter because today has been so important. In many countries around the world at 12 noon BST hundreds of people joined together to take positive action to prevent a travesty. For too long we have been continually reacting to events or been reduced to ‘sending love’ well today we were proactive and sent very positive energy to where it was needed.

Here is what I know so far – at 3am BST today in order to prevent our actions the collider was activated. This was a deliberate attempt to ramp up the power before its schedule and thus from their prospective ensure the outcome that they wanted. I have to tell you that unfortunately the collider suffered a malfunction just after 3am. This occurred in the tube and is why many of you when you connected at 12 noon BST were immediately taken to a circle or tube shape. This is in fact the tube where particles are accelerated. In technical terms the collider suffered a tube quench. Again unfortunately this meant that the collider could not operate until close on to our scheduled connection. The collider was repaired within a few hours but could not operate to full power and by the time it was restored the window of opportunity that they sort had closed. Please look at the screenshot below, this is an official screenshot as released by the PR department who promote the collider. Thanks go to Ciprian Jurma for bringing it to our attention because it confirms that there was indeed an issue for the collider at 12.11pm BST which is 6 minutes after we all closed our joint meditation.

At 13:11 (which is 12:11 BST) at the end of our session, there was a “Dump due to BPMs in IP6. Rampdown and refill”

This means that everyone’s hard efforts to maintain the connection between the human race and source have been successful. More arrests needed as Western megabanks are now stealing depositors’ money…

JP Morgan and other Western mega-banks have already begun stealing depositors’ money, according to sources at the Asian Development Bank and an American millionaire who reported his own funds were stolen. The development bank source said a man who had $4 million on deposit with JP Morgan contacted him to say the bank had refused to allow him to withdraw his money. Instead the man was offered a “365 day bank guarantee.” In other words, the bank would not give him his money but offered to tell other banks that he had money. Many of the largest Western banks are now keeping themselves from going bankrupt by offering “guarantees” to each other, the source said.

The American millionaire, based in Washington State, said more than $100 million of his money had also been stolen outright. A Japanese financier also told this writer that Citibank had stolen more than $10 million of his money he deposited at their branch in Tokyo. A Japanese female acquaintance said she had too had $50,000 stolen from her account at the branch of an American owned bank in Tokyo. The banks were not available for comment at the time of this writing but it is clear from this anecdotal and also from public evidence (like derivatives holdings and market manipulation) that most Western mega-banks are no longer functioning properly.

The US military and agencies are on the case and criminal investigations are ongoing, according to Pentagon sources.

However, the Pentagon sources say the Pentagon has been unable to bankrupt the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Corporation and restore the Republic of the United States of America because of objections from the Chinese. The Chinese are saying that if the Federal Reserve Board Washington DC subsidiary declared bankruptcy, all of their over $3 trillion in hard earned US dollars would become worthless. If that was the case the Chinese would stop supporting the internationally traded US dollar and thus stop subsidizing all US military activities outside of the continental United States.
What all this means is that some sort of transition will have to be, and is being, aranged.

In the meantime, pressure from the military rank and files, especially from the Colonels, means that the leadership of US Joint Chiefs of Staff will be completely overhauled at the end of September. The incoming leadership group is ready to take serious action and start a major round up of Khazarian gangsters in Washington DC, New York and elsewhere. The Israeli Military and Intelligence community is preparing to take similar action in Israel, according to Mossad sources.

Also, although the arrests promised for August 8th did not take place in the dramatic and sweeping manner demanded by the rank and file military, there has been a lot of progress made. The Pentagon promises “the guns of August” will produce results.

For example, “after months of pressure” from the agencies and the Pentagon, the Justice Department and FBI have started a criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton. Despite a misleading headline, this has even been reported in the Khazarian mob controlled Washington Post.

In these meetings, our earthly allies provide the dark’s emissaries with a series of ultimatums. These ultimatums are usually based upon a series of legal decisions that prove the dark is basically bankrupt and lacks its own oomph to carry out senseless military actions. In short, world opinion is turning solidly against them. The ancient families in particular possess formal IOUs, which have the power to prove the utter weakness of the dark’s fiat monetary system. The dark realizes just how fragile their position is. The end time for this cabal draws ever closer. The ancient families wish to create not only a new system, but as well to create global conditions for the new consciousness to grow and flourish. When the Atlanteans so ungratefully abandoned humanity, the people were left to starve and eventually die. Your ancestors were at first appreciative of their help. Deep in their hearts they vaguely knew what had so capriciously occurred. These new dark ones were attempting to replace the Atlanteans and erase their memories of who they really were. This troubled your ancestors as they realized that something wonderful needed to happen to return them to their former state. Eventually as the millennia passed, your ancestors adapted to this limited reality. The golden ages after Atlantis proved to most of your ancestors that there were some rewards for supplication. Nevertheless, the hope of those who remembered the old world was a constant mantra for Heaven to send a true champion. We were secretly appointed to watch over you and await further instructions.

Since the destruction of Atlantis, your ancestors suffered as the Anunnaki mercilessly ruled over them. After the last golden age ended with the great flood, the Anunnaki selected minions to serve in their place as masters of you. The Anunnaki began to divide you into different groups and use this as a means for greater control. Moral rules to govern these societies were passed down and many other rules were given to aid their minions in governing these very diverse groups. The minions were taught about war, hatred and other ways to manipulate a society. By modern day, you had mostly forgotten about your past and accepted many of the precepts passed down from the previous eight millennia. Your present societies are in reality changing how you look at this. The Anunnaki are gone. The minions proved to be a truly inept group. They only know what the very astute Anunnaki taught them. They have had easy access to wealth, power and a general governmental indifference. This creates a kind of stupor, which can be used to finally finish them off.

As consciousness grows, you begin to see how this realm can be changed. The ancient families work partially within the context of the old reality. Cintamani is a sacred stone which came from Sirius star system. Millions of years ago, during a Galactic superwave, a planet orbiting Sirius A exploded. Its fragments traveled in all directions, some of them reaching Earth after long journey through interstellar space.

In the last 26,000 years, the positive Agarthans were guardians of Cintamani stones. Throughout the history, they have given pieces of Cintamani to some of those individuals who had the maximum potential positive influence on the human history. King Solomon, Alexander the Great and Akbar were in possession of a piece of Cintamani stone.

One piece of Cintamani, previously in Templar possession, was given to Edward Bulwer-Lytton, who revealed the existence of Agartha to humanity in his famous novel The Coming Race:

Since the opening of the IS:IS portal in December 2014, Light is flowing from the Galactic Central Sun, steered through the facets of the Moldavite chalice of the Holy Grail which is serving as a lens, directed to the 144.000 to trigger their awakening.

Cintamani stone is the next step in this energetic process. Since the start of MOSS, the Light forces have asked me to spread pieces of Cintamani stone among the most awakened Lightworkers and Lightwarriors.

At the Event, the Galactic pulse will flow through Cintamani stones. Each holder of Cintamani stone will serve as an energy conduit, transmitting energies of the compression breakthrough into the planetary energy grid. Cintamani stones are pure Light and their energy can not be misused. They help dissolving implants and strengthen your inner guidance. It is time to take action again! It is time to take the destiny of our world and the Solar System in our own hands! Therefore we will meet in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, on May 30th this year. Many of us will gather and assist in the breakthrough of the Multidimensional Operations Solar System (MOSS) to support the Light forces which are now liberating our Solar System from the last vestiges of darkness.

In 2012, the Light forces have cleared our Solar System of all secret space programs and their colonies that were not directly protected by the Chimera group.

Unfortunately, a relatively small number of colonies and implant stations throughout the Solar System has been protected by Chimera’s strangelet bombs and human beings are still living there in slavery and generally the extent of ritual abuse in these colonies surpasses what people have experienced on Earth.

These colonies are now in the process of being cleared by the Light forces in the current phase of the MOSS, and humans who were captured there are being liberated and given healing.

It is the strongest energetic pathway in our Solar system which leads to the Galactic Central Sun. Sirius is a midway station between the Galactic Center and the Ganymede Portal, stepping down the vibrational frequency of the Central Sun energy to the degree that our Sol system can absorb.

Clearing of the Chimera group continues. What is remaining is the network of plasma implants, connected with each other through the Tunnels of set, and tied to the plasmatic strangelet and toplet bombs.

This implant network was slowly built throughout millions of years across this quadrant of the Galaxy by mad scientists of the Chimera group who were master strategy planners of the Orion / Draco / Reptilian military complex.

Everybody now incarnated on planet Earth still has those implants, as we have received them upon or before entry in the quarantine Earth area. They are plasma micro black holes, rotating in a strong plasmatic electromagnetic field. Their purpose is to distort spacetime to keep maintaining the primary anomaly and thus planet Earth quarantine status:

You need to understand that the physical plane matter is just a condensed plasma wave and plasma anomaly reflects directly on the physical plane.

As the Light forces progressed with the liberation of the Galaxy through the millennia, the dark forces retreated towards planet Earth, their last stronghold. By manipulating quantum anomaly and activating many negative stargates with nukes and particle accelerators after WW2 and especially after 1996 they have actually managed to turn our planet into a quantum stargate / well which attracts all remaining primary anomaly from the rest of the universe:

Earth primary anomaly quantum fluctuations well, maintained by the plasma implant grid and supported by plasma strangelet and toplet bomb retaliation mechanisms is the background meta-strategy of the Chimera which maintains quarantine Earth status and prevents Disclosure and First Contact.

Implant guardian stations were built by the Chimera 26,000 years ago to guard quarantine Earth stronghold against the invasion of the Light forces from outside of this Solar System and to implant anybody trying to escape from Earth/Solar System. The dark must leave shortly and relinquish their minions to the fate that Heaven has chosen for them.

In the new reality, you return home to your family and leave behind you the death and disorder which have plagued your lives since the fall of Atlantis. Your special residences in Agartha await you, and here you will find the magical devices which are to return you to the state of Being you enjoyed when Lemuria prevailed over the world. Here, too, you will rediscover your real life paths and become valued members of the Galactic Federation. During your journeys through the darklands, your experiences provided you with much new wisdom, and Heaven wishes you to share this knowledge with the former members of the now-defunct Anchara Alliance, as your mission is to cement a lasting peace between all sectors of this galaxy. The prosperity and freedom which you are about to enjoy are symbols of what you will achieve, and indeed, Heaven sees you as a major player in bringing Light to all aspects involved in forging physicality. You are to be honored and accorded great respect and proper recognition for your hard-won contributions to the divine plan.

The up leveling of your global society will create more fitting conditions for you to be reintroduced to your galactic origins. This will refocus your primary concerns upon Gaia’s state of health and well-being, which will demonstrate to you the grand potential that lies within you. It is this potential coupled with your rising spiritual awareness that is most important to us as they speak to the immense innate abilities within each one of you. It is our responsibility to assist you to bring these forth and to use them to fashion a new and vital star-nation. We come, therefore, to carry out what you have long wished for. As you know, the dark has been unrelenting in its efforts to prevent these changes from manifesting because such changes would automatically ring the death knell of all that the dark has been working toward. Nevertheless, our divinely decreed task was to forge the conditions that would permit the planned, benevolent changes to come to the fore. This we have done. And it is why you now stand on the brink of startling changes which will transform forever this sacred world and allow the creation of a new star-nation.

This new realm will allow you to grow not just as an individual but also spiritually, allowing you to encompass new worlds of consciousness. As we often tell you, you are a wondrous creation that was led down a path that would allow you to experience the ways and misdeeds of the dark. Now you are ready to leave all this behind. Your new world will reunite Gaia’s surface and inner realms and you will see ‘reality’ in ways you cannot presently imagine! Your rising consciousness is to provide you with a new view of what life is about, and already, many on your world can see an end to amateur and professional sports and the demise of sports leagues, and changes far greater than these are coming. There is very little about your present social constructs and philosophies which will not be transformed as the attitudes they reflect shift profoundly. The resulting nascent galactic society will need to accommodate your ever-expanding view of yourselves as quickly maturing galactic Beings of Light. You will become enthralled as you learn about this galaxy as a grand living unity that you are a part of! Your new star-nation will become highly treasured and Loved by all who make up physicality.

Until now, your world has long been the residence of a dark cabal whose sole purpose was to shackle you to debt slavery and coop you up in a realm that put a cap on your return to full consciousness. This ‘cage’ and its dark jailers are very shortly to disappear as your world is now ready to be transformed by Light. The leaders of this coming world of Light have fought for decades to get rid of the dark and indeed a movement is well underway which has so far completed all the preliminaries to wrest from power the ruling caste of minions who still plot to ensnare you permanently in a very dark realm! A special group is now in charge and it is these dedicated ones who will present your new governance and oversee the disbursing of a divinely decreed prosperity to this globe. We hereby declare that these associates are now preparing to announce the gist of these many broadcasts.

Our blessed tasks are to uphold these changes and then to supply you with a series of teachings, delivered by each of us to every part of the planet, along with guidelines for applying them to your lives. Generally speaking, you have unquestioningly accepted what was promulgated far and wide in our names and these doctrines now need adjusting. An understanding of the grand unity that is All That Is is a prime requisite for ascension. Great Beings from across the galaxy have come here under divine guidance and their mission is to assist us in advancing you quickly to full consciousness. We intend to use the upcoming time to teach, to advise, and to prepare you for your own blessed ascension. We will be by your side as we guide you toward a new society which will morph into your new star-nation. As we do this together, we will be helping this galaxy and using our powers conjointly to change this galaxy in every respect into a glorious, blessed instrument of the Light! Portal2012: Cobra’s Short Situation Update, June 23, 2013

Significant progress has been made after the opening the Portal on May 25th.
On the non-physical planes, the final offensive of the Light forces to clear all remaining negative entities has commenced. This offensive will continue until the final and complete liberation of the non-physical planes and the Light forces will not retreat under any circumstances. This offensive is one of the key elements for the planetary liberation and we can compare it with Operation Overlord offensive in 1944 which decided the victory of the Allied forces in World War 2. Although it will still take some time for the liberation to be completed, our victory is assured.

In the subterranean network below the surface of the planet, a process of integration of the Resistance Movement into the Galactic Confederation is taking place. Many different positive cosmic races are building their bases in the deeper portions of the underground network as part of spiritual, cultural and sociological integration process. You need to understand that only about 70 percent of Galactic races are humanoid and there are many exotic forms of life out there. Nevertheless, cosmic Love is the deeper bond which connects all these races, no matter how strange or exotic their physical body or psychological makeup might be. This integration process will strengthen cosmic Love and brotherhood between different cosmic races and the Resistance as part of preparations for the First Contact for the surface population which will happen after the Event. The other part of this process will include the appearance of certain members of some of those races on the surface of the planet within this year of 2013. Those appearances may or may not be public. Details about this project must remain classified for now.
Needless to say, there are many projects and operations taking place behind the scenes and hopefully soon there will be results and I will have interesting news.

Dratzo! We return! At this time our associates are making the adjustments and orders of scale necessary to ensure that your abundance deliveries are disbursed as planned. A series of final agreements and orders of contract are also now being completed. The moment is coming for these deliveries to be successfully initiated, and so the dark cabal is being closely watched by a number of Galactic Federation and Agarthan liaison teams, whose purpose is to see that no serious violation takes place prior to starter’s orders, as has happened so often in the past. As of this update, pre-launch operations are underway, and we foresee no impediments which might cause speed bumps or deviations from the path embarked upon. The many groups we are associated with have completed their to-do lists and are putting the required personnel into position. We are closely monitoring this operation to ensure a formal commencement at a predetermined time. These actions, once begun, will be the first strokes on a much broader canvas which is intended to change your reality out of all recognition!

Millennia ago, an ill-starred realm was brought into being which has been your lot for far too long. This realm crushed your grand potential, enfeebled your Spirit, and allowed those in power to ride roughshod over you. This realm is ending. Each of you is to be set free and encouraged to freely pursue your contracted life path. This objective will thrive once the dark cabal’s ubiquitous agents are removed from authority. Quite quickly you will be liberated from the droves of obstructions and burdens with which you have been saddled since birth. To assist you in grasping the significance of the opportunities enveloping you so fast, the Ascended Masters and the Agarthans have come up with a curriculum of teachings to bring you up to speed on what is happening, what you need to know, and how best to adapt the new knowledge to your individual circumstances. To give you a small indication: you have an expression, ‘rags to riches,’ and yours is to be the mother-of-all rags-to-riches transformations happening on many levels, especially the spiritual one. Such a prospect can quickly put you into overwhelm, and this is why you will need wise and Loving mentors to reassure and inform you as your new world unfolds.

As your new environment blossoms around you, you are to rediscover who you were created to be, and why you incarnated in this particular part of physicality. Once you have successfully surmounted the massive watershed which is first contact, you can turn your attention to understanding the ‘bridge’ that you represent. You will be living in two worlds: your present limited-consciousness one and the full-consciousness realm that you are rapidly moving into. Here, many new concepts are to become everyday realities, like your life contract and what this signifies, and the Four Laws and their role and implication in galactic society. With this data you can begin an increasingly informed exploration of what you want your own galactic society to look like. Your experience of straddling two worlds provides you with unique wisdom, and it is this that is to be used by Heaven to spread the Light. Many beings in physicality are in need of acquiring a Lightbody and your unique experience in this area will be invaluable to them by substantially shortening their path to full consciousness.

Each of you is a grand and unique aspect of the Creator, and together we form a beautiful collection which is part of the unity that is all life.
