Selamat Jalwa! At present, the movement of critical funds has slowed in order to be carefully protected by new security protocols. The Chinese ancient families are worried since a number of incidents are occurring that threaten the continued flow of funds. The dark cabal is doing everything possible to interfere with this growing flow. The attack on SWIFT, coupled with a general increase in the number of vital “hacks” into the money supply, is temporarily compromising overall security. For these reasons, the process caused the ancient families to order a slowing of the movement of these funds. This hold was only for a brief 48-hour period and was quickly put back into place. It is believed that this precaution led to a positive set of new countermoves, which recaptured any funds somehow lost during this period of brief stoppage. These measures enabled any difficulties to be met with new strategies, which allow these funds to be transferred from point to point in a much more secure way. Any difficulties are thus being quickly met and conquered!

We are currently getting ready to hand out the prosperity funds to those lucky enough to heed the reports about these funds in the mid-1990s. This set of deliveries is to be received by those who have mostly given up on this ever happening. The Bush family syndicate unceremoniously stole most of these funds in the period between the late 1990s and the early 2000s. These funds were recovered over ten years ago and form the basis for some of the criminal charges to be levied against this broad syndicate. We are holding off on these very special arrests until a series of diverse charges are fully authenticated and acted upon. This crime syndicate has been expanded during the past half-decade. It seems that practically every US President over the past three decades has had their hand in this enormous cookie jar. The level of corruption and just plain stealing saturates every nook and cranny of the entity that we call “USA Inc.” This entity definitely needs to disappear as fast as we are able to finish rounding up all its suspects. The end for this regime is near!Currently, this realm is slowly transforming. The dark cabal erroneously believes that its repairs to this reality can hold. Nothing is further from the truth! Tiny rips in the space-time continuum are appearing everywhere. Heaven understands that this reality can only transform as swiftly as it is able. The edges of this reality are like a huge net caught within the turbulence of a great hurricane. This net can only tear until it is no longer able to perform its duties. This is what is quickly happening to the energy constructs that comprise this reality’s life forces. The only possibility is to transform into a much less dense construct. This higher reality is forcing surface humanity to become less and less dense and this translates into higher and higher forms of consciousness. The dark’s feeble interference cannot continue much longer with this heavenly response to the conditions at hand. Nature abhors a vacuum. Anything done to try to prevent the natural flow of energies is doomed to failure. Deep down, the dark cabal now realizes this fact and is presently bracing for the inevitable.

We can see how close our earthly allies are to their final all-inclusive victory. As just stated, there is a natural and quite heavenly force at work here. Our operations fully support this force and we expect to see pervasive harbingers of this force at work. Heaven knows just how powerful what is happening truly is. Once your basic perceptions of this grand truth become the norm, it is impossible to return to a much lower energy concept of this reality. In effect, this reality has been taken along a one-way path to a newer, much less dense normality. These alterations are affecting every aspect for change. The dark’s vile plans are unworkable. All life forms can sense how this higher energy is transforming you and all in this reality. The old ways are gone and a new set of consciousness rules is taking over. At that point, the pro-cabal governments are to fall and be swiftly followed by the new designated governments. These new rulers are to dissolve the legislature and the courts and begin a process that is to greatly alter how these bodies are presently constructed. The world conceptualized by the Anunnaki is filled with hidden mental traps. What is needed is a newer construct. With Heaven’s approval we have put forth a new reality modeled upon the one you all know and love! This reality is now being manifested by the numerous decrees of Heaven. It is one, which the Light can, at times, find hard to fully fathom. Nonetheless, these brave souls of the Light continue to move forward. The dark controlled the old, cruel reality with a diligence that forced you to accede mightily to their heinous desires. This dark, silent controller still maintains a certain hold upon you, but this is starting to fade from the inner desires of the Light’s leadership. It is being replaced by a deep need to fulfill the decrees of the Light for a new and more just reality. These desires are currently driving the ancient families to complete the construction of a new reality that firmly isolates the dark cabal from its former subjects. Thus, the dark is ultimately doomed as this new reality begins to flesh itself out.

Above all, this reality shift needs your heartfelt support. One of the major outcomes of this change is the rise of new perceptions about how the world is supposed to work. As you grow up, you are constantly bombarded by your environment, your parents and friends to act or react in an acceptable manner. This acculturation process is really “second nature” to you. You now need to learn a new set of parameters, designed to expand your view of the world. This is required to truly alter this present reality. Selamat Balik! We are in a grand time of transition! The dark cabal continues to weaken. Agreements are in place that firmly delineates its demise! The dark was forced to sign agreements that describe how the US Federal Reserve is to end and how the RV is to be carried out. This series of documents as well explain how the GCR is to move the world into a modified gold standard and transforms your world into a new set of gold and silver-backed currencies. This set of currencies operates under a new banking system first proposed by China and Russia. This highly transparent vehicle is to be the means whereby a vast plethora of money makes possible a whole host of much-needed humanitarian and infrastructure projects. Along with these are to be a prosperity, which is to be used to phase out money as an instrument for value. Technologies are to be introduced, which move your consciousness beyond the mere concept of “money”. You need to perceive your reality in a more spiritual vein. Every day was filled with joys and ecstasies given by Heaven and by this physical realm. Now you are nearly done with a limited consciousness that has occupied your lives with fears and quiet desperations. This coming time is one we have carefully prepared you for. Our teachings are the body for what you are to encounter.

These two items are to end with a debt jubilee and a coming prosperity. The dark cabal understands that its basic underpinnings are to be transformed and that they are to be isolated from you. The rest of the 20th century was a repeat of what England did to maintain its status as a great power. The artificially produced depression was in fact a prelude to the Second World War. America left the war as a dominant power and created a cold war to continue its dominance. Its means of following the cruel lead of the Anunnaki assured it the role as the major nation from which the dark selected its primary minions. Nevertheless, the proclamations of Anchara and the leaving of the Anunnaki in the mid 1990s created a stumbling, which was finally highlighted by 9/11 and the resulting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. These temporarily permitted them to grab an additional decade plus and brings us to the present dilemma. This is the final time when the inevitable really does occur. Selamat Jaran! Nearly 13 millennia ago, your ancestors arrived on this living orb. Like all new colonists, they first agreed on a beginning. This became the lost continent of Muror (Lemuria). At the same time, the colonists set up their settlements in Agartha (Inner Earth). These first steps were in remembrance of the destroyed first colony, which you know as Hybornea (the land of the North Polar Region). This land was settled about 2 million years ago. These colonists eventually went to Mars and settled on its inner lands about one million years ago. These colonists used this Martian land as a way station in order to successfully evacuate to safe Galactic Federation solar systems in Lyra and Centaurus. A similar plan was to be copied by the Atlanteans and their compadres when they moved from Gaia to Agena in Centaurus some 13,000 years ago. Following this mass migration, Heaven assigned us to watch and only interfere when necessary. Your planet (Gaia) was temporarily given to the Anunnaki (the remaining governing group from Atlantis) to govern until a set date of recovery. Heaven wanted to prepare you for your future role in this galaxy.

This very brief outline of system history is necessary for you to better comprehend where you are now in the timeline set up so precisely by Heaven. Historical dates in the Galactic Federation are set by relationship to a great year of 26,250 Earth years of approximately 360 (+5 days). This calendar was given to a number of ancient peoples like the Maya, the Egyptian and Tibetan civilizations nearly 8000 years ago by the Anunnaki date maker known for instance in Egypt as the god “Tahuti.” This was done under sacred edict and a number of calendars resulted from these actions. As you wait in frustration for the day when your blessings are to arrive, a few notes on this matter. After the fall of the Anunnaki in the mid-1990s, those former minions who were dedicated to their nefarious plans refused to stand down and permit the rise of a new era under the control of a number of secret sacred societies and the many ancient families. This defiance of Heaven worked for a decade. Then their dastardly schemes started to fail. By the middle of the next decade, our blessed associates began to gain the upper hand. These failures signaled to the Light that its time of rapid ascendance had at last arrived. We decided to force some key issues with our allies and were able to get a preliminary date for various deliveries. So far, these strategies are operative and we expect, dear Ones that these dates are to be met. These circumstances insure deliveries are to commence shortly.

One must remember why these enormous amounts of funds were set up in the first place. Our beloved Master Saint Germaine wished for this time to present his chosen ones with a degree of funds sufficient to redirect how the wealth in this realm was redistributed. Thus, it was initially necessary to alter how this insensitive group of heinous autocrats (the dark cabal) was redirected. The trap was to be a new banking and monetary system, which was to drive them in a few centuries to be primed for the perfect trap (the rise of fractional banking). Dratzo! Much is happening! The various processes chosen by our earthly allies have received working schedules. As usual, a set committee meets at infrequent times with the dark cabal. In these meetings, our earthly allies provide the dark’s emissaries with a series of ultimatums. These ultimatums are usually based upon a series of legal decisions that prove the dark is basically bankrupt and lacks its own oomph to carry out senseless military actions. In short, world opinion is turning solidly against them. The ancient families in particular possess formal IOUs, which have the power to prove the utter weakness of the dark’s fiat monetary system. The dark realizes just how fragile their position is. The end time for this cabal draws ever closer. The ancient families wish to create not only a new system, but as well to create global conditions for the new consciousness to grow and flourish. We constantly remind them that the poor masses of humanity that cover this globe are dying and in pain. Their reply to us is that a process for change is under way and gaining momentum. When the Atlanteans so ungratefully abandoned humanity, the people were left to starve and eventually die. Your ancestors were at first appreciative of their help. Deep in their hearts they vaguely knew what had so capriciously occurred. Eventually as the millennia passed, your ancestors adapted to this limited reality. The golden ages after Atlantis proved to most of your ancestors that there were some rewards for supplication. Nevertheless, the hope of those who remembered the old world was a constant mantra for Heaven to send a true champion. We were secretly appointed to watch over you and await further instructions.

Since the destruction of Atlantis, your ancestors suffered as the Anunnaki mercilessly ruled over them. After the last golden age ended with the great flood, the Anunnaki selected minions to serve in their place as masters of you. The Anunnaki began to divide you into different groups and use this as a means for greater control. Moral rules to govern these societies were passed down and many other rules were given to aid their minions in governing these very diverse groups. The minions were taught about war, hatred and other ways to manipulate a society. By modern day, you had mostly forgotten about your past and accepted many of the precepts passed down from the previous eight millennia. Your present societies are in reality changing how you look at this. The Anunnaki are gone. The minions proved to be a truly inept group. They only know what the very astute Anunnaki taught them. They have had easy access to wealth, power and a general governmental indifference. This creates a kind of stupor, which can be used to finally finish them off.

As consciousness grows, you begin to see how this realm can be changed. The ancient families work partially within the context of the old reality. Dratzo! Around this world, a transformation of unprecedented proportions is taking place. The Anunnaki’s minions are being pushed from power in both the world’s governments and its financial system. This amazing process is being preceded by a series of mass arrests and the sudden resignations of key figures in the global banking system. This is being done to correct a process, which has over the last two decades left this world’s financial system in shambles. Those individuals who have immensely profited from a gross series of illegalities are shortly to pay handsomely for their attempt to permanently put your world in an immense power grab that began in earnest with the sudden departure of their former overlords, the Anunnaki. These formerly dark lords had decided en masse to join the Light and be a positive part of the new alliance forged by the declarations of the Anchara continuum to create a new galactic peace. As we stated last time, what is happening is the last fading of a system that has ruled this surface world with an iron fist for the past 13 millennia. Such an operation is filled with seemingly endless individuals who are truly dedicated to the old system that was set up long ago by the Anunnaki. Our earthly allies began over a decade ago to establish precedents to construct an alternate system. As we stated previously, this new system already operates in most of Asia and is coming on board in many parts of this globe. It is this prototype system that we last alluded to. In Europe and in Asia, this alternative is becoming strong and is being used to exchange funds across this world. The US Corporation realizes this and deeply senses that its time of reckoning has come. These views have been secretly exchanged. The last hurrah for this antiquated system is upon us. A great moment in the changing of power is near.

The US Corporation comprehends what is currently going on around this world. Asia has risen up from the great depths that she had descended to at the beginning of the post World War II era. Thus, we have decided to employ only those who can complete their designated duties without incident. To accomplish this, we have created a service pool made up of a special group of Beings. Unlike most humans, these individuals are quite capable of easily carrying out their assigned duties. Over the past few months we have carefully chosen these magnificent individuals to resolve a number of current difficulties and enable us to complete the new transfer system. Therefore, we are now finishing some tests and intend to begin en masse in the coming month. Nonetheless, there is still more to tell you about what we are doing to safely send out your blessings.

Over the past few months, we have been working closely with our earthly allies and the Agarthans on how best to defeat the many restrictions put forth by the dark cabal and their banker friends. We began with a series of mass arrests of the lower echelon personnel. These people were most closely associated with the daily workings of this onerous system. The effect of this was as before: it created only a temporary slowdown in the operation of their system. At present, those committees assigned to bring forth various components that are to oust the dark cabal from power are reporting success in carrying out their duties. When we first arrived en mass over two decades ago, this world was still under the full authority of the Anunnaki and their dark minions. These various groups as well had the great resources of the Ancharans at their command. By the middle of the first decade, the Ancharans and the Anunnaki had left. The minions were suddenly cast asunder. Out of these dire circumstances came their initial replies. Their lieutenants just stole the 2000 US election, created 9/11 and began wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. That was their high point. Since then, their power began to fade and now it is practically gone. Our various earthly allies are nearly ready to ease them from their long occupied perches. You are to see this shortly and when you do become aware of how long the process took. Those brave individuals and groups who are now doing this are in fact, global heroes to all.

These activities are not to be known until the final actions are complete. Thus, it is important that each of you remain aware of what is happening “behind the scenes.” Over the past few months, the ability of the US Federal Reserve Bank to operate with full immunity has ended. Likewise, the US Federal Reserve note (the dollar) has come under a full-scale attack, which is starting to undermine it. These notes are to be replaced in the very near future by special US Treasury notes. The world financial system, which is to replace the current corrupt system, is rapidly moving into place among the world’s central banks. This new monetary system is to be one in which a series of national reserves are globally to replace the dollar. This is to happen after the revaluation of a number of key currencies, which in turn will force a global monetary reset to take place. These things are presently happening and are nearly ready to be announced. These new currencies are to tie in with a global need to fund the development of infrastructure and the rise of new governance and worldwide prosperity.

These numerous alterations to your global societies are just the first step in applying your growing consciousness to your expanding reality. Most of you were born into a reality where only a few possessed the money and power to bend that reality to their will. This kind of power needs to be something, which is the innate right of all. All of the currency and banking transformations that you daily hear of are really pointing out that this present reality is in fact a distorted one. As a group, you require a means to remedy this freakish distortion and return this reality to a point where real global change can occur. In this new world, you are to complete your transformation in consciousness. It is a world without money, banking or the need to look up to someone else for your direction. You are to be guided inwardly by your conscience (your heavenly guides) and by the wisdom, which you acquire simply by living your life with others. This collective wisdom is governed in our reality by the Four Societal Laws. These Laws guide us to constantly monitor how we interact with others and how we grow organically. We find joy in guiding our lives on a path, which emphasizes our divine service to each other and gives us a wise method to solve collectively any problem that our society can possibly encounter. Fluid management is how each of our societies can come together and mutually serve the Light. It honors all of us and permits us to freely see each other in a true and honoring Light. Therefore, each of us lives our lifetimes with the means to honor Heaven and see ourselves as others do. We learn just how we are simultaneously both individuals and a grand intertwined collective.

You may also have asked yourselves how each fleet’s functions interrelate. To begin with, our fleets are positioned in three rings. The first ring surrounds Mother Earth and her artificial companion, your Moon. This fleet contains over one million ships, most of which are small, unarmed scout and transport vehicles. Their task is to observe you and your world, to oversee fleet operations and to transport certain types of supplies that cannot be teleported to our bases. Our bases, located beneath all of your continents, oceans and seas, are linked to a vast array of crystal cities and communities that comprise Inner Earth. Yet another group of bases is to be found on your Moon, which contains a huge network of command and research facilities. These stations provide the means for us to monitor your secret government’s collection of space, time and inter-dimensional weaponry. They pose no potential threat to us.

Surrounding this first, or inner ring are several spokes that consist of a number of special liaison and defense fleets. Their purpose is, first, to supervise and, then, to take effective countermeasures whenever necessary. Our purpose is to refuse your secret government continued use of any weaponry that may pose a threat to our earthly allies. We have set up interplanetary ‘stations’ to close any inter-dimensional star-gates and to carefully monitor any artificially created distortions in time’s natural waves. Here, bear in mind that physicality is actually an illusion created by its inhabitants’ collective core belief and the dictates of the divine plan. In this, natural patterns occur in the way Time and Light coalesce to form ‘space’ — the stuff that produces realities. Your secret government has co-opted the work of many of your inventors and scientists, and merged it with a number of off-world technologies.

1st Ring

Consists of:
More than a million ships of unarmed scouts and transport vehicles.

Function:
To oversee fleet operations, transport supplies to Earth subterranean bases and Earth inner cities and Moon bases.

B. Location:
Spokes

Consists of:
Liaison and defense fleets.

Function:
Supervise and countermeasure, if necessary, the secret government’s programs such as physical, mental and emotional control and mind control and also close any interplanetary star gates and artificially-created time wave distortions.

C. Location:
2nd Ring

Consists of:
Headquartered in Mars in underground and surface bases. Sentient beings not human in form. Planetoid-sized Motherships

Function:
Augment the research and observation being done by first ring. Also work in tasks that involve weaponry and technology. Work in preparing Mother Mars for human arrival en masse, after human journey to full consciousness is completed

D. Location:
In-Between 2nd and 3rd Ring

Consists of:
Special, planet-sized command ships from the Science and Exploration (S&E) fleets.

Function:
Main command ships for First Contact mission. A standard procedure is to cloak these ships and keep them away from the prying eye of many space telescopes. The aim of these telescopes is, essentially, to find these ships.

E. Location:
3rd Ring

Consists of:
Largest. Millions of immensely varied ships, ranging from Motherships the size of large ocean liners to those nearly the size of Neptune or Uranus. Also there are main transport stations that lead back to the vast profusion of home-worlds. It has also traffic coordinators for this immense fleet of ships.

Function:
These Motherships are simply the final back up, serving as components that will enter the second ring only when necessary. They proclaim to all potential adversaries that Mother Earth and its solar system are clearly experiencing a transformation that no Being, corporeal or non-corporeal in form, can prevent. The traffic coordinators serve to move all ships between these rings and back into interstellar or intergalactic space.

The second ring of fleet components is headquartered on Mars. These support groups consist mainly of sentient Beings who are not human in form. Many of them will be introduced to you soon after the beginning of First Contact. Others will wait until you are restored to full consciousness. Within this second series of fleets are included some small, planetoid-sized Motherships, whose purpose is to augment the research and observations being done by the innermost ring of ships. They also have a number of tasks involving the weaponry and technology that, in the course of the past decades, has been given to your secret government. Most of this technology was supplied by the off-world star-nations, star leagues and star empires whose ships are to be found here. On Mars, a network of underground and surface bases acts as the ‘control and command’ segment of this exceedingly diverse fleet. These Galactic Federation personnel are also busily preparing Mother Mars for your arrival en masse, after your journey to full consciousness is completed.
Between the second and third rings are a large number of special, planet-sized command ships from our Science and Exploration (S&E) fleets. Selamat Jarin! We come at this time to inform you about what is currently happening in your reality. The dark oligarchy that is running your world is fading. Yet it still maintains points of power, which it is using to delay the transition to a new reality. The vital key to this is to manipulate the exchange of monies from one international bank to another. A consortium of several governments and a collection of preselected private banks mostly control this process. By narrowing what is acceptable, this consortium can delay or even prevent what can pass through this critical gateway. In this case, the series of transactions that enable the various loans and funds required to either provide you monies or even change governments can be interfered with (in some cases stopped or even stolen). These cruel tactics have either stalled or prevented the various promised prosperity programs to be put in a pre-delivery mode. Recently, certain agreements along with a number of key arrests caused panic among these oligarchs, as the threats from the international legal system seemed to be bringing this vile scheme to a close.

Arrests have so far been on several levels beneath the key oligarchs. Current legal cases are now forcing them to rethink these vile plots that have continually delayed these deliveries. Currently, a new way to circumvent these dark cabalists is being negotiated between the ancient families, Ascended Masters and those involved in the ever-changing legal system. The leaders in this counter process are the major BRICS nations and the legal team led by a number of extremely courageous individuals. These various preliminary fundings are to make the scheduling of a number of prosperity programs viable. Thus, we are further along on the road to getting the prosperity funds released, and with that, reasons for the rise of new governance. All of this is just additional proof that you are finally to receive a large prosperity package in the coming weeks. In fact, these events are as well to bring all of us closer to disclosure. We have never been as close to the point where disclosure is to happen. Our fleet has carefully monitored Gaia for over two decades. She is going through an extinction cycle for large numbers of plants and animals. Her various environments continue to be ravished by the dark cabal and their many henchmen. This is why Gaia has increased a number of responses to this continued destruction to her ecosystems. We strongly advise that those so responsible cease and desist from these vile acts. As you read this, constantly keep in mind that money and banking are only temporary measures. The main solution is to just do away with money at the proper time. Ahead of you, is a technology whose sole purpose is to replace this present system. This system, which you currently know and use, is a very clever invention of the dark. As long as it fully exists, you are in some fashion an unknowing slave to it. The dark thus developed this financial system as a very clever way to keep you in a state of willing manipulation. The dark was in its last stages of using its various toys to complete its total ownership of you. The Anunnaki and their earthly minions had a plan that was to reach its zenith in late 1996. Before this happened, a general decree by the Ancharan Continuum threw this into total disarray. Their point of final control vanished and the Anunnaki were forced to concede the game to Heaven. The minions refused to do so and were temporarily thrown for a grand loop. The outcome was a series of conflicts, which led to 9/11 and another shot at the Anunnaki’s grand scheme.

This second scenario began to fail even before the two towers were down. The Light succeeded in bringing a great wave of peace, which calmed down the world. To counter this, the dark passed the two American “Patriot Acts” and started a false flag operation called the “war on terror.” This had some preliminary successes. However, the entire effort was ultimately doomed to failure. New organizations now exist, which are to pull this globe from this vile agenda. The dark is now watching as the US dollar, once so supreme just after the end of World War II, is dismally reaching the end of its usefulness. The dollar is to be replaced by a new world of precious metal-backed currencies led by a group of regional monies. The banking system is as well to be freed from the grip of the Federal Reserve. This new banking system, as we have said, is quickly to be replaced by technologies that are to end the economic system founded on debt and usury and replace it with abundance and joy! how we have set up our various fleets in your solar system. You may also have asked yourselves how each fleet’s functions interrelate. To begin with, our fleets are positioned in three rings. The first ring surrounds Mother Earth and her artificial companion, your Moon. This fleet contains over one million ships, most of which are small, unarmed scout and transport vehicles. Their task is to observe you and your world, to oversee fleet operations and to transport certain types of supplies that cannot be teleported to our bases. Our bases, located beneath all of your continents, oceans and seas, are linked to a vast array of crystal cities and communities that comprise Inner Earth. Yet another group of bases is to be found on your Moon, which contains a huge network of command and research facilities. These stations provide the means for us to monitor your secret government’s collection of space, time and inter-dimensional weaponry. They pose no potential threat to us.

Surrounding this first, or inner ring are several spokes that consist of a number of special liaison and defense fleets. Their purpose is, first, to supervise and, then, to take effective countermeasures whenever necsary. Our purpose is to refuse your secret government continued use of any weaponry that may pose a threat to our earthly allies. We have set up interplanetary ‘stations’ to close any inter-dimensional star-gates and to carefully monitor any artificially created distortions in time’s natural waves. Here, bear in mind that physicality is actually an illusion created by its inhabitants’ collective core belief and the dictates of the divine plan. Main command ships for First Contact mission. A standard procedure is to cloak these ships and keep them away from the prying eye of many space telescopes. The aim of these telescopes is, essentially, to find these ships.

3rd Ring
Largest. Millions of immensely varied ships, ranging from Motherships the size of large ocean liners to those nearly the size of Neptune or Uranus. Also there are main transport stations that lead back to the vast profusion of home-worlds. It has also traffic coordinators for this immense fleet of ships.

These Motherships are simply the final back up, serving as components that will enter the second ring only when necessary. They proclaim to all potential adversaries that Mother Earth and its solar system are clearly experiencing a transformation that no Being, corporeal or non-corporeal in form, can prevent. The traffic coordinators serve to move all ships between these rings and back into interstellar or intergalactic space.
The second ring of fleet components is headquartered on Mars. These support groups consist mainly of sentient Beings who are not human in form. Many of them will be introduced to you soon after the beginning of First Contact. Others will wait until you are restored to full consciousness. Within this second series of fleets are included some small, planetoid-sized Motherships, whose purpose is to augment the research and observations being done by the innermost ring of ships. They also have a number of tasks involving the weaponry and technology that, in the course of the past decades, has been given to your secret government . Most of this technology was supplied by the off-world star-nations, star leagues and star empires whose ships are to be found here. On Mars, a network of underground and surface bases acts as the ‘control and command’ segment of this exceedingly diverse fleet. These Galactic Federation personnel are also busily preparing Mother Mars for your arrival en masse, after your journey to full consciousness is completed.

Between the second and third rings are a large number of special, planet-sized command ships from our Science and Exploration (S&E) fleets. They will serve as the main command ships for this First Contact mission. Standard procedure is to cloak these ships and keep them away from the prying eye of your many space telescopes. From time to time, we very briefly uncloak some of these Motherships in order to show your secret government that we are still here and do not intend to go away. We know that infrequent sightings of these ships by your astronomers go unreported. They fear reprisal, either by their peers or by those who give them their grants. Your secret government fears these ships the most because they fully realize the capability of such a fleet and the insignificance of any response they could mount. Here, we repeat that we are benevolent and operating under the full supervision of Heaven.

The outermost ring of our vast fleet is, by far, the largest. Dratzo! We come today with much to tell you! Your world continues to be a covert battlefield, with the dark cabal’s minions hanging on grimly despite the ground being gained every day by the forces of the Light. This protracted operation is somewhat discouraging to those who have committed themselves to the Light and its ultimately inevitable victory. The dark retains control of most of the international monetary system that in any way deals with the US Federal Reserve and its numerous banking allies, although this grip is no longer what it once was. However, the Federal Reserve and its criminal, destructive practices is facing its nemesis: a key moment is approaching when this ill-intentioned and bankrupt banking fraternity will be required to make a payment in actual gold bullion which it does not possess. This default is to give the forces of Light the opportunity to defrock the Federal Reserve of its powers and force a public bankruptcy and legal takeover of this highly illegal entity. This event is shortly to manifest. The fall of the Federal Reserve signals the demise of the current de facto US regime.

In concert with this, a number of legal enforcement agencies are encircling various components of the US government and are anxiously awaiting the final set of documents authorizing the removal of what was once considered to be a truly omnipotent instrument of the dark. The movers and shakers in the economy who have long provided the resources to maintain the present government have either deserted the obviously sinking ship or are preparing to do so, throwing the dark cabal into an ever-deepening chasm of desperation. The conundrum for the dark is to find a way to save itself from imminent catastrophe without setting in motion events that would demolish their self-serving powerbase. The true fragility of the US government is hidden behind a carefully woven tapestry of dark-controlled media spin, purporting to show ‘business as usual’ in all sectors of government and finance, but behind this facade lies a regime whose top members have international arrest warrants hanging over their heads. These warrants now only need the signature of a judge to take effect. And so we sit in abeyance, knowing that a process is underway which will shortly permit a whole new reality to arise.

As you can see, your world sits on the brink of transformation, which will not only bring in wholly new governance and redress the global balance of power; it is designed to utterly transform how your reality functions. A vast prosperity machine is ready now to manifest and lies at the heart of a complete makeover of your global banking and monetary systems. This, in turn, changes the very basis of global governance. You are to witness the downfall of the dark ones and the rise of de jure governance which restores your innate liberties and rights. These civic and spiritual requisites in truth enact what was intended to happen in the revolutions of the late 18th century; in effect, you are living through the completion of the revolution that was born in England and which rose to adulthood in the fields and townships of colonial America. These noble ideas have since traveled the globe and are presently maturing in this most-needed ‘quiet revolution’ of the early 21st century. But as befits this space-faring millennium, this revolution will expand to include your graduation to the next techno-spiritual level, beginning with the introduction of your spiritual and space families.

This means that the quarantine placed around you at the fall of Atlantis is to end, signaling your return to the level of wisdom of your fully conscious ancestors. Long ago in Lemuria, it was envisioned that you would become the guardian race for Gaia. But events conspired to arrange a detour for this lofty goal and the Anunnaki were allowed, for a predetermined time, to substitute this stewardship with the hijacking of Gaia’s human population and the total ravaging of your world. This situation is now to be restored to its original intent. Our task is to reunite you with your Lemurian brethren who relocated to Inner Earth, and together you are to birth a new world! This will redress a lot of the damage to near-pristine levels and in this condition she can begin to prepare herself to reconfigure her 3-D surface. This is when her beloved surface humanity will go through their own DNA restoration as you are to change in conjunction with her. This is when you will go to your Inner Earth residences, which house your individual Light Chambers, and you and Gaia, together, will transform into your fully conscious Selves!

The preliminary negotiations between the Light’s legal teams and their dark counterparts are finished, and this ongoing struggle has entered a very critical stage. The new hard currencies to be issued are at their global distribution points, and so the age of fiat money and the fiscal abuse that it inspires comes to a close. Your world is engrossed in the final stage of a conflict which began when the Anunnaki left their dark on-planet minions to fend for themselves and joined the ranks of the Light. This abrupt switch caused mass chaos among the different groups of power elites on your world for nearly half a decade. The advent of the second Bush administration temporarily gave an edge to the pro-western cliques of the dark minions over their Asian counterparts, but now the tide has turned and those who possessed power long before the hegemony of the West are reclaiming their former places of authority. However, this time their focus has shifted from internecine considerations to a wider arena: the establishing of a new financial and monetary system for the entire planet, including new global governance. Various enactments such as NESARA are prototypes of what is planned. The intention behind such massive change is to transform your realm in preparation for our arrival, so that once we are here we can hasten your path to full consciousness. The first item on this agenda is to liberate you from any type of slavery, and there are many forms that presently burden you.

The most overt form of slavery is your legal and financial systems, so these will be the first ones to be remedied. Restoring your innate sovereignty is predominant in our actions. Only then are you to be restored completely to your natural, Creator-given rights. We are being asked to change your environment and transform you back into your natural state. It is your right to be surrounded by all the knowledge you can absorb before this sacred operation sweeps you up into a most divine matrix. Since your inception on Vega millions of years ago, all the cosmos was open to you in your natural state of Beingness, and now this sacred gift is to be returned to you. As a sovereign being, you can begin to glimpse the exquisite state that Heaven desires for you, and so we come not just to transform but to mentor you as well. Bear in mind that what is happening to you is a unique occurrence: normally, such dispensations are not available to those who have been tangled up so deeply and for so long in the dire throes of limited consciousness. However, your unique blueprint and history warrant this gift and also our involvement. There is so much to talk about in such a short timeframe, and we are fully prepared to deal with any challenges that this time-squeeze produces. Those who have been working hard to expel the dark cabalists from power have won another legal victory: all the cabal’s principle minions are under threat of imminent detention. Selamat Balik! We return with more news! First, a belated Happy New Galactic Year to everyone! This is the year of 10 Caban, a galactic year that is mostly reserved for inner and outer discovery. It prompts you to learn more about who you really are and to look at your native abilities in a new light, and it is these energies that are now becoming most prevalent in your reality. You are embarking on a period of manifestation and discovery about what you think Life is all about and hence, what kind of world you wish to live in. The coming prosperity and new governance are to kick-start this process of self-exploration. However, what you discover about yourselves at first will merely afford you glimpses of the magnificent truth of your real Inner Self. As Spirit begins this unveiling with you, you will learn how your outer world reflects and stimulates the growing expansion of your inner experience. The new year of 10 Caban will indeed be loaded with all kinds of new and stimulating adventures. Just to begin with, personal debt will end and you will be thrown into a world of prosperity. All across your globe, much is coming into being. Those who have been working in secret to bring about new governance have won a series of legal battles, opening the way to replace your corrupt regimes with new governance charged with restoring people-oriented policies. Gone will be the supremacy of the power-hungry elitists and of an untouchable corporatocracy intent on driving your globe into ruin. As you know to your cost, these dark coalitions imposed illegal amounts of taxation and debt to control and enervate you, and the purpose of the new governance is to rectify this unlawfulness and free you from decades of debt slavery. There is to be a new hard-currency system which will end the manipulation and oppression of a fiat-currency system. This fiscal ‘dry-rot’ will be transitioned rapidly to global currencies that are backed by precious metals, and your new governance is to support and promote not only the hard-currency system but also the beneficial social programs which accompany it. As these nuts-and-bolts aspects roll out, your rapid inner growth will enable you to partner meaningfully with government, to formulate and then oversee the changes you wish to see in your quickly transitioning world.

You are entering upon a period of great learning. In galactic societies each one is an honored and treasured individual. Each is a unique and irreplaceable piece of the whole, and this is an identity that you will need to adapt to. Government does not stand above the people; rather, it is an instrument to be used to uphold and facilitate the welfare of each person. Admiralty Law (the law of the conqueror), which prevails at present, will give way to Common Law, which comes from the people. Common Law is made up of those practices and traditions which have proved, over time, to work well among people, and this is what gives those appointed to authority a moral compass to guide their deliberations and actions. As this conceptual changeover takes place, your role is to observe your new administration in action and then ensure that it keeps to the direction you give it. You possess a divine standing as a person of consequence. You are a sovereign entity who is part of a highly motivated collective, and as such you have a responsibility to ensure that resolutions agreeable to all are reached. Your saying, “Government is not a spectator sport” is most fitting here.

Involvement in these changes will furnish your growing consciousness with many areas of hands-on education. You will discover a true, compassionate morality that is to be wholly indiscriminate. You will find how important it is to maintain the joy and wonder of your own uniquely evolving society; also, that governing yourselves is a truly divine operation of great complexity, requiring the informed participation of, or supervision by, each member. The preservation of your sovereign rights and ensuring that Common Law is properly administered is a most sacred task which you will have much more time for once prosperity gives your lives stability and releases your potential. Our numerous associates are ready to inaugurate the new Basel III financial system which in turn initiates new governance. These new governments will end debt slavery, wealth inequality, and set up economic policies to undergird the great prosperity that prepares Gaia’s populace for first contact and Spirit’s desire to return you to full consciousness. It also enables us to come to you openly and talk freely about the universal truths long disguised by the major philosophies that lie at the core of religion on this sacred orb.

Our task is to inform you about the spiritual changes that your global society is going through. As most of you are aware to some degree, your world is moving away from the outlooks and concepts that you are familiar with, towards attitudes and knowledge that can seem quite foreign at first. This opening-up of your worldview is what Spirit intends. We are to help you reconceive the beliefs that were taught to you as you grew up; this means changing concepts that you have accepted as ‘facts.’ This will include introducing you to new spiritual terminology which will be unburdened by layers of muddled thought and which was given to us by Heaven long ago. We have only mentioned your societies’ founding myths in passing, but the time has come to recount these tales fully and truly so that you can comprehend their meaning without the fog of ambiguities. Long ago, your dark overlords took these stories and altered them in order to sway your emotions in certain ‘useful’ directions, and we intend to bring your compass back to true north, thus enabling you to align with the truth about who you truly are.

We the Ascended Masters are to be your lodestar, pointing the way clearly out of your present mess toward a glorious new world, one which you can already sense out there, waiting for you. As Beings literally hurtling toward full consciousness, you need detailed information about what full consciousness means. We have many gifts of wisdom to give you, which will provide the criteria by which to assess what is happening. Heaven is using her divine abilities to reconstitute you and all the world around you, and we have come to be your spiritual guides and to reassure you about what may appear to be a very strange series of happenings. Right now, new monetary systems are coming into being, and with them come edicts announced by new governance, including revelations about a cover-up of truly staggering proportions. Selamat Jarin! We return with much to discuss. As you can see, your world is still subject to the last fading antics of the old reality. Each passing moment brings the dark cabal closer to its inevitable demise. We watch with compassion as it comes to recognize and grapple with the outcome of its choices: the total collapse of all it has known. Those of our associates involved with this aspect are wrapping up the operation which will render these dark ones powerless and a mere shell of what they once were. The new governance which will succeed the old order is to explain the master plan for change and the approximate schedule, and some of it is likely to astound even those of you who are most informed. These broadcasts will lead swiftly to a full disclosure of our benevolent existence and our reasons for being here. Once done, we can then work with the Ascended Masters and present to you a chronological outline of your origins and history, and an introduction to the wonders of full consciousness. Our primary mission is to return you to a state of union with your Self, and this will be completed once we have landed and you have been introduced to your Inner Earth family.

It is important for you to comprehend what is involved in your transformation to a fully conscious Being; it is, in truth, a very complex and delicate operation. You possess several billion sets of RNA/DNA switches which need to be reversed. You also have nearly a million miles of unique physical structures that require special alterations. All this is to be accomplished by a means that Heaven has devised and which will also be controlled by your divine Will. This entire process is to be carried out via a set of sacred formulas, given to us by our medical teams and our heavenly advisors, and using techniques which are being allowed only because of the special mandate connected with your destiny: to become a fully conscious Being of Light. Heaven watches all this very closely and assures us that you are to shift according to the divine schedule which translates into a specific timeframe. You stand now on the brink of this time as your divine moment is at hand. As you look around you, it behooves you to perceive the immense significance of this most unique and precious moment.

Each day we interact with your dark cabal and wonder at its dogged and seemingly oblivious stance at the prospect of any future change. In truth it is simply doing what the Divine so desires. On the one hand it deeply believes in itself and its invincibility, and on the other, it watches in panic as its many plans are thwarted by the changing conditions thrown up by the collision between its desires and your incoming divine reality. It now recognizes this dichotomy to be untenable as it sees just how close is the collapse of its world, and a sense of doom has overcome the leadership groups as they stare into the face of the unknown. They are starting to see that the invincibility and power they took so for granted are illusions and all the plans they had made ultimately pipe-dreams. Hence their disarray mounts, and their ability to direct the affairs of the world falters and wanes. As their grip weakens, the incoming Light picks up the slack, and now a great shift toward the Light is upon us! Your reality has arrived at what is called ‘its divine shift point.’

During the next stage of operations, unprecedented announcements are to be broadcast, accompanied by a grand disbursement of wealth, new governance, and disclosure. Your new governance is to be fully transparent and a true instrument of the Divine. Miracles and wonders will be the order of the day! Take a moment to realize the deep import of what lies in front of you. It is all too easy to underestimate the impact of these events on your emotions, your lives, your neighborhoods, and humanity at large. The seemingly impossible will be rolled out before you, evoking a befitting gratitude and humility from deep within. But feel also the triumph, as all you have envisioned so patiently and for so long at last comes true! This is no time to go into ho-hum mode; it is what all your work and dedication have been focused on. And now your strength and compassion are needed still, as the dark ones go through their trials of accountability and then take their places among you. As you return to full consciousness, all pain and anger will vanish as will the past!

Hosanna to the Light! We are your Ascended Masters! We come at a time of joy and a great shift in your reality. Millennia have been leading up to this moment! You are bearing witness to something very special which most have thought impossible: the termination of an entrenched reality which forced you to think, act, and believe things which the dark deemed practical to its purposes. Every day the Sacred was profaned and the Good allowed little scope. This oppression of your natural state of Being is ending and you are watching the dark’s fall from grace all around you. We wait in manifest rapture and prepare to reveal to you the truth so long denied you. The disbursement of funds and the shift in governance are only the first signs of what is coming! Your world is charging headlong toward new paradigms and your growing consciousness can no longer countenance the dysfunctional impudence of the dark cabal.

Heaven has mandated the changes that have brought your world to this state of transition, and you are waking up collectively to the global dilemma wrought by the dark’s avarice and total disregard for nature. You are also recognizing the immutability of the short time remaining in which to redress these immense improprieties. To do this you require advanced technical assistance and know-how, and so we have procured special dispensations which allow your space family to quickly amend what so urgently faces you. This joint operation will strengthen your Will to Good and quickly repair Gaia’s surface world. This activity will also prepare you for our sacred teachings and allow each of you to reach out personally to Gaia, which will assist you to become aligned with her and to respect and admire her multitudes of interlocking ecosystems.

We suggest that the time remaining would be useful for reflection: it is important to see what is happening and prepare yourselves for a sacred journey of Truth and Love. You are to interact with those who, long ago, were allowed only indirect access to you as you fell into limited consciousness. Over the ensuing millennia these family members were permitted only a small amount of direct interaction with you. This is now to change, and you will be able to see them over the broadcast media and occasionally in person. You will learn about Love, and that abundance in all things is the nature of the universe. You will learn how to flourish in a world free from want and strife and harsh one-sided rules. You will see how transformed your surface realm becomes! Then, deep within your sacred Mother, you can return to full consciousness and learn about your destiny.

This beautiful, changing planet is beginning to express the exuberance and joy of a Being who is moving her inner and her surface realms back into unity. Selamat Jarin! We return with important things to discuss. The most important is about first contact. In the past, we decided to rely heavily on a formal disclosure announcement from your new governments. Now, what we intend to do is increase the present level of daytime sightings to supplement the general disclosure policy of the new governance. It is of course simple to sit back and let the current scenario play out. However, we intend to create a more conducive environment for these announcements by more actively preparing the ground for them. We are committed to demonstrating that we are both benevolent and dedicated to a full disclosure. We are aware that many of you do not comprehend what these flyovers are leading up to: namely, the global mass landing of our craft and the formal introduction to each of you of your own personal mentor. Each dearly wishes to meet you and begin the teachings which prepare you for your wondrous shift into full consciousness. There is much for you to learn: an entire new history of your branch of humanity; a new understanding of physicality; and a working knowledge of how Heaven operates.

The Light has certain operating procedures that you need to know about because it is what our galactic societies are founded upon. Each of these procedures brings you closer to a better understanding of the Four Laws, and once we arrive, we will all need time for you to get a good grip on, and feel comfortable with, all that is changing in your lives. Boredom will be a thing of the past! Just about everything you think you know will shift. In short, the amount of change you are being asked to absorb is staggering! As an example: all of you will be brought to a realization of how badly you have treated your home world; Gaia graciously acknowledges the nearly complete ignorance of these matters that most of you possess and so the first order of the day will be to realign your society’s basic priorities. We will then explain how the new principles and their accompanying technologies work within the structure of your daily lives. This is an example of the pivotal role that your new prosperity can play in furthering all that must be done to uplift your societies. So much of your lives, and indeed the lives of all living things on your surface world, need to be healed, lightened, and reformed.

This transformation is just the first of many that you will move through. You reside on a very special world, and she is dying. Gaia’s diversity is severely threatened and you are swiftly approaching the start of a deadly syndrome which is capable of becoming a mass extinction cycle. We are waiting to implement an operation which can quickly reverse all of this, but you need to know that the dark cabal has come up with a most sinister plot to extinguish life on your surface realm. To stop this, we require your assistance as your energies are to help us reverse this dark contingency. All that is to be done we will do together. For millennia you have unwittingly given away your powers to whatever scheme the cabal so desired; now comes the opportunity for you to step up and reclaim responsibility for what you wish to see accomplished in your world. Demonstrating your acceptance of this responsibility, and of the ways of the Light, moves you swiftly along your path to full consciousness. Our mission goal is most assuredly to assist you as quickly and seamlessly as possible to return to full consciousness.

This prophesied leap in planetary consciousness is the reason we are here. Heaven has a divine timetable for all this and our mission is therefore contingent upon this same schedule. We dearly wish you to have access to all the information that you need in order to grasp to some extent the significance of what has been divinely decreed for you. Recently, Heaven mandated a period of delay, but the time for picking up the schedule again has now arrived and so we intend to take some historic actions. A prime requisite is for you to see that we are real, and committed to you and your return to full consciousness. We have planned some events with the Agarthans to assure you that you are not alone. We will not announce these many events in advance, but they will be done in such a way as to leave no doubt in your minds that we are here! The dark cabal has run this reality for too long without any option for you to escape its tyranny. It is our intention to provide you with the ability to do so!

Blessings, dear Hearts! We are your Ascended Masters! We arrive with good news! Our secret sacred society members are in the last stages of preparing your funds for delivery. When completed, the activation of these funds will trigger the new governance, the series of formal announcements, and a massive change in how your world operates. All this will produce an environment favorable to disclosure and the opportunity for us to begin our many sacred teachings on a global scale. Our manifestation among you will transform your present notions of your origins and what your future holds. You are sacred Beings, who have spent the past 13 millennia wandering around in a dense fog with no memory or understanding of how you got there. We have come to put you in the picture again and present you with a cogent account of what is going on in your world. You will then be reliably prepared for what will happen after first contact.

Your now-suppressed spiritual abilities will be much emphasized by your new mentors, who will also focus on a lot of new history, new spiritual philosophies, and even the nature of your upcoming missions on Heaven’s behalf. The framework you will be given will be in stark contrast to the grim and gloomy pack of lies and manipulation force-fed to you since the fall of Atlantis. Our own successful efforts to return to immortality and to the true Wisdom of the Ages were a feat of unbelievable focus and sheer willpower, and we are so pleased that you will not have to undertake such strenuous procedures as well. This crucible is to be replaced with a living and Loving Light Chamber, individually tailored to each one’s specific needs, thus allowing you to be healed and restored to the splendor of your original design! This glorious, reconstituted Being can then conjoin with the Agarthans and us, your Ascended Masters, as we prepare to reunite with our spiritual and space families!

Your transformation into a fully conscious Being of Light is something that the dark and its ilk have dreaded for millennia and, as you know to your cost, have done all in its power to prevent. Now Heaven has put in place the optimum course to bring about her sacred edict-your return to full consciousness. Once you emerge from your Light Chamber, you are a changed individual, with little vestige remaining of what you were. You are returning to your original template and capable of expressing the full gamut of your original blueprint. Our work with you will then change as we show you and your personal mentors the nuances of galactic society. We will also explore how to maximize your new potential as you create your own, unique galactic society, which is quite quickly to become the foundation of your new star-nation. Heaven intends to ‘smile’ on us and bestow on us many marvelous spiritual gifts. This will further ensure us a special place in the Galactic Federation of Light.
